A summary is an editorial claim.

Every record carries a primary public source, a date it was last verified, a clear scope note, a caveat, and a visible change log. Where a fact cannot be supported, the record should be narrowed, marked for review, or removed.

If you find a material error, outdated source, mislabeled relationship, or missing caveat, send the record ID, the suggested correction, and a public supporting source. Corrections are reviewed before a dated change log entry is published.
