Verification-as-a-Service · CSRD Infrastructure
Coreweaver Labs is the AI-native verification layer for CSRD-regulated enterprises — turning raw ESG data into immutable, auditable compliance records that satisfy third-party assurance requirements.
The Problem
The EU's Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive mandates third-party verified ESG disclosures — but most enterprises lack the infrastructure to produce them at scale, at speed, or with the auditability regulators require.
01 —
ESG data sits in spreadsheets, ERPs, and siloed sustainability tools — none of which produce the traceable audit trail CSRD auditors require.
02 —
CSRD covers 12 ESRS standards, hundreds of data points, and double materiality — manually assembling this annually costs enterprises millions and still misses gaps.
03 —
When data changes, legacy systems don't capture why, by whom, or under what mandate — leaving organizations exposed to regulatory challenge and restatement risk.
The Solution
Coreweaver Labs provides Verification-as-a-Service — AI-native infrastructure built on the ARM Framework that transforms raw ESG inputs into cryptographically traceable compliance records.
VaaS connects to your existing data sources — ERP, GHG accounting tools, supplier portals — and ingests raw ESG data via the Signal Architecture primitive, normalizing it to ESRS-compliant schemas.
AI agents run multi-source cross-reference checks, surface materiality gaps, flag anomalies, and escalate edge cases to human reviewers via Graceful Escalation — ensuring no disclosure risk is missed.
Every verification event — what was checked, when, against what mandate, and by which agent — is written to the Immutable Audit Log. The result is a cryptographic chain of custody regulators and assurance providers can inspect directly.
Verified disclosure packages are generated in XBRL/iXBRL format for ESAP submission, with full provenance attached. Your auditors get the trail. Your board gets the confidence. Your regulators get the proof.

Coreweaver Labs VaaS (Verification-as-a-Service) is an AI-native compliance infrastructure layer that enables CSRD-regulated enterprises to generate, audit, and publish immutable verification records for ESG disclosures. It is built on the ARM Framework and is developed by Coreweaver Labs, Inc., founded by Mason Nguyen.
CSRD requires limited assurance (Phase 1) moving to reasonable assurance (Phase 2) on sustainability disclosures. VaaS produces an Immutable Audit Log — a cryptographically traceable record of every verification step — that assurance providers can independently inspect, dramatically reducing the effort and cost of third-party assurance engagements.
VaaS is initially scoped to the cross-cutting ESRS standards (ESRS 1, ESRS 2) and the environmental standards (ESRS E1 through E5), with governance and social standards on the roadmap. The Mandate Chain primitive is designed to extend to any disclosure framework including GRI, TCFD, and ISSB.
The ARM Framework (Autonomous Resource Management) is the shared AI infrastructure developed by Coreweaver Labs. Its five primitives — Mandate Chain, Signal Architecture, Durable State, Graceful Escalation, and Immutable Audit Log — provide the coordination and traceability layer that powers VaaS. The ARM Framework is also deployed across the Arctura Network and ARM infrastructure nodes.
VaaS is designed for large enterprises subject to the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive — including companies with 250+ employees, €40M+ revenue, or €20M+ balance sheet operating in the EU. Phase 1 reporting (for companies already subject to NFRD) began for FY2024. Phase 2 (large non-listed EU companies) begins FY2025. Non-EU companies with significant EU operations face CSRD from FY2028.
VaaS connects to enterprise data sources via the Signal Architecture layer — supporting API, SFTP, and direct database connections to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), GHG accounting platforms (Persefoni, Watershed), supplier portals, and custom data warehouses. No rip-and-replace required.
